O Conselho de Administração do OPART - Organismo de Produção Artística, E.P.E. informa que, por motivo de greve geral, o espetáculo de estreia do bailado Romeu e Julieta – programação da Companhia Nacional de Bailado com o Teatro Nacional de São Carlos / Orquestra Sinfónica Portuguesa – previsto para hoje, dia 11 de dezembro às 20:00, no Teatro Camões, encontra-se cancelado.

Não existindo a possibilidade de troca de bilhetes para outra data do espetáculo Romeu e Julieta, uma vez que todas as datas se encontram esgotadas, poderá solicitar a troca por outro espetáculo da Companhia Nacional de Bailado ou do Teatro Nacional de São Carlos, desde que tenha o mesmo valor e se realize no Teatro Camões até final de junho de 2026, ou poderá solicitar o reembolso até ao dia 31 de dezembro de 2025.

Para bilhetes adquiridos online, a BOL procederá ao reembolso automático do valor do(s) bilhete(s).

Para bilhetes adquiridos nos pontos de venda físicos BOL, deverá solicitar a troca ou reembolso até ao dia 31 de dezembro de 2025, no balcão onde a compra foi efetuada.

Para bilhetes adquiridos nas bilheteiras físicas do Teatro Camões e do Teatro Nacional de São Carlos no edifício da Boa-Hora, deverá solicitar e preencher o formulário disponível para o efeito e proceder à entrega do mesmo, juntamente com o(s) bilhete(s) adquirido(s), até dia 31 de dezembro de 2025. Ser-lhe-á entregue uma prova de devolução do(s) bilhete(s), juntamente com o pedido de reembolso. O reembolso será posteriormente realizado pelo OPART, para o IBAN indicado no formulário.

The Board of Directors of OPART - Organismo de Produção Artística, E.P.E. announces that, due to the general strike, the premiere of Romeo and Juliet – programmed by the National Ballet of Portugal (CNB) with the São Carlos National Theatre / Portuguese Symphony Orchestra – scheduled for today, 11 December at 8 p.m. at the Teatro Camões, has been cancelled. 

As tickets for the Romeo and Juliet ballet on all dates are sold out, it is not possible to exchange them for another date. However, you may request an exchange for another performance by the National Ballet of Portugal (CNB) or the São Carlos National Theatre, as long as it is of the same value and takes place at the  TeatroCamões by the end of June 2026. Alternatively, you may request a refund until 31 December 2025. 

For tickets purchased online, BOL will automatically refund the value of the ticket(s). 

For tickets purchased at physical BOL points of sale, you must request an exchange or refund by 31 December 2025 at the counter where the purchase was made. 

For tickets purchased at the physical ticket offices of the Teatro Camões and the São Carlos National Theatre in the Boa-Hora building, you must request and fill out the form available for this purpose and submit it, together with the ticket(s) purchased, by 31 December 2025. You will be given proof of return of the ticket(s), together with the refund request. The refund will then be made by OPART to the IBAN indicated on the form.
